Who is actually running foreign policy? Is it being run by politicians? Or is it Wilton Park itself, that is running an agenda which is largely out of site of the British public?

Is this "Government Occupation"? There is no transparency and no oversight by the government. The politicians who should be overseeing this are supporting learning and understanding, but not checking, not reviewing, not criticizing, not asking hard questions. And no "select committee" is involved! Who exactly makes policy?!
